Team Educate is committed to keeping our candidates and schools safe. Despite a challenging year for the UK in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps and precautions to ensure we are providing the necessary and effective support and guidance. You can access our COVID-19 Action Plan here which outlines the steps we are taking in the re-entry into schools. As a company, we are still open as normal and are still committed to our role in aiding schools in whatever they may need. We are still actively recruitment and placing candidates while taking extra precautions as safety had never been more paramount. We are working closely with the Department for Education (DfE), our local schools as well as seeking advice and support from the National Health Service (NHS).

We are providing candidates access to an online COVID-19 awareness test, a questionnaire as well as our policies and procedures. We also ask our clients to provide any relevant policies to us, making this available to our staff. We have also updated confirmations for both our clients and candidate detailing the steps and measures we are taking to ensure we are limiting the possible spread of the virus. As a candidate, you will never feel pressured into taking any assignment and if you do not feel comfortable with a booking, just let us know.
