Team Educate is seeking a competent, confident Cover Supervisor to work in schools across the Bridgewater area. The successful candidate will work closely with young people in the KS3 and KS4 year groups, assisting teachers with their in-class teaching but also orchestrating more focused learning sessions with students who will benefit from additional support.

To be eligible for this Cover Supervisor position, it is essential that you have the following:

  • Excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proactive attitude and plentiful social skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • The Right to Work in the UK
  • An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service – or be willing to process a new application
  • Two contactable referees

We are looking for an experienced or budding Cover Supervisor who has a passion for working with young people and is looking to secure a new role within a school in the Bridgewater area. You will need to be available to work between 8.30 am to 3.15pm Monday-Friday during term-time. This will be a temporary role initially but may lead to a contracted, permanent position for the right candidate.
