We are currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work beneath a Pastoral Support Worker to deliver targeted SEMH interventions across a fantastic school in the BS3 area. The ideal candidate would be patient, hard working and would have excellent communication skills. Although experience is advantageous, the school are also eager to hear from professionals who have transferable skills and are looking to make the step up. The school are seeking someone who could ideally commit to this role on a full time basis (8:30-15:30, M-F) but could split these hours between two professionals as long as they were the right candidates.
The Behaviour Mentor role:
- Full time until the end of the academic year (8:30-15:30)
- Working across the school with vulnerable children
- Working alongside an experienced professional with proven results
- Competitive pay rates of £72.50 – £95 per day
This role requires:
