Team Educate are seeking a flexible Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools in the Caerphilly, Newport and Cardiff areas.

Team Educate are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cover Supervisor with teaching experience, or some experience in the classroom, to work with secondary schools in Caerphilly and the surrounding areas. The role will involve working closely with students and delivering cover lessons left by the class teacher across a range of different subjects.
Previous direct teaching experience is desirable for this position, however, we also welcome applications from candidates with other relevant experience and the confidence to deliver lesson material to classes of mixed ability pupils, aged 11-16.
The successful Cover Supervisor will benefit from:

- A competitive daily pay rate of £100-110.
The successful Cover Supervisor will require:
- Relevant experience in teaching or coaching, and a proactive approach to teaching and learning
- The ability to quickly build a strong rapport with students.
- A keen interest in supporting the development of students in a range of subjects.
- The ability to confidently manage classes of up to 30 pupils of varying ability and need.
- Hold an Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one.
