Team Educate presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Secondary School Cover Supervisor to lead classroom cover at a mainstream secondary school located in central Cardiff. This role is open for both short and long-term commitments, offering the flexibility of choosing working days that suit your schedule.
Embarking on the role of a cover supervisor provides an excellent platform to connect with young individuals and acquaint yourself with local schools. While having a teaching qualification and/or experience is advantageous, it’s not mandatory. What truly matters is a compassionate nature and an abundance of patience.
We are seeking Cover Supervisors who:
- Can quickly establish a strong rapport with students.
- Demonstrate composure, confidence, and engagement in unfamiliar settings.
- Show a keen interest in a diverse range of subjects.
- Are eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for a new one.
