We are seeking dedicated and passionate Primary School Teachers to join our team, working on a flexible basis in our partner schools.
The ideal Primary Teacher will have a strong educational background and excellent communication skills to educate and engage young learners effectively. QTS is required for this role, but both Newly Qualified Teachers (NQTs) and experienced teachers will find plenty to gain from this position.

Duties of Primary Teachers:
- Deliver engaging lessons in line with the national Curriculum for Wales
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders where required
- Organise and participate in school events and activities where required
- Participate in planning and assessment marking when required
Experience required of Primary Teachers:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in teaching primary school children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum requirements for primary pupils (CfW)
- Effective behaviour management techniques
- Ability to differentiate instruction and materials to meet diverse learning needs
- Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement
