Due to success within our Welsh division, we are now on the lookout for a Senior Education Consultant to come and join our already thriving team. We are an established Education Recruitment Agency who has grown from strength to strength since we opened 4 and a half years ago and have already built an amazing reputation across 3 locations and are a trusted provider to the clients we work with. We are now a very reputable agency within Wales, working from our office in Cardiff Gate.
We are looking for a Senior Education Consultant with experience in the education sector, to hit the ground running and work alongside our current consultant to support our schools. Due to a member of staff migrating oversees, we have a warm desk billing between 120 – 140 days weekly (which has the potentially to far exceed this), looking after Cardiff primary and Secondary schools. The senior consultant must have experience within this sector and someone who is confident to maintain and grow this desk. A handover period can be arranged to shadow the current member of staff. There will also be plenty of progression within the company and the option to grow and manage a team, with the possibility to work their way up to being a branch manager in our Cardiff office, helping grow the division.
Your role as a Senior Education Consultant will be to maintain and develop a busy desk, working with schools in your designated area / sector. This will involve sales calls and producing marketing as well as visiting the schools / clients you are looking to get on board as well as clients you already work with. You will be developing a business within a business and will have all the support, training and equipment needed to establish a busy and profitable desk. We already have an elite team of consultants who are unrivaled in the industry, and we are looking for a senior consultant to join our amazing team.
The Role:
- Education Recruitment Consultant
- Full time position (Monday – Friday)
- £25,000 – £27,000 starting salary + progression + commission (depending on experience)
- Working hours 7.00 – 17.00 Monday – Thursday 7.00 – 16.00 Friday (term time only)
- Warm desk in a Cardiff patch currently doing 120-140 days per week
- Reduced hours in school holidays
- Best commission structure in the industry (no agency gets close to what we pay)
- Dress down / early finish Fridays
- Term time holiday allowance
- 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
