Resourcer required for our Bristol office 

Here at Team Educate we are looking to add another member onto our already growing team and welcome a Resource consultant / resourcer. We are looking for an individual who will fit in well without our team and help match the right candidate for the roles we have. Team Educate is a well known agency throughout Bristol and the Southwest and we are in need of a Resourcer to help support us and the growing business

As a Resourcer, you will be working alongside our very successful education team and helping them with the daily running of their desk. A typical day for a Resourcer would include:

  • Searching job boards, social media and networking for candidates
  • Calling potential candidates and conducting telephone interviews
  • Conducting registrations for these candidates (both online and in person)
  • Posting jobs and helping with advertising, social media posts
  • Helping take calls from clients and candidates
  • Helping with compliance

What we are looking for in the suitable applicant:

  • A good work ethic
  • Someone who is wanted to learn and progress
  • A candidate who is enthusiastic about this role and confident when speaking to candidates and clients
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Organised and proactive

Information about the role:

  • Salary: £18,000 – £22,000 per annum
  • Hours: 9.00 – 5.00 Monday – Friday
  • Holiday Allowance: 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
