Team Educate are seeking a confident and flexible Secondary Science Teacher

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are seeking a GCSE Science Teacher to teach in a fantastic school in the RG14 area until the end of the year. This will be teaching Science until at least Easter (subject to staff returning) and then covering lessons across the school (these lessons will either be pre-planned or the successful teacher will be allocated PPA time to plan for these). This teaching role will be guaranteed work until the end of the academic year and will become permanent for the right candidate.

The Science Teacher role:

  • Teaching role lasting until the end of the year
  • Teaching predominantly Science, however ability to teach other subjects is hugely advantageous
  • Lessons pre-planned or PPA will be provided for planning time
  • A competitive day rate of £120-£150 per day

The Science teacher will require:

  • Relevant teaching qualifications
  • A hardworking and resilient work ethic
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check on the update service or be willing to put a new application in process
  • Hold the right to work in the UK
