Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons: Work in a variety of schools, following lesson plans or adapting your own to suit the needs of the class.
• Adaptability: Be prepared to work across different schools, subjects, and year groups, from Early Years to Key Stage 4 (and beyond, if applicable).
• Classroom management: Maintain a positive and productive learning environment in line with each school’s behaviour policies.
• Support learning: Ensure students receive high-quality education, even in the absence of their regular teacher.
• Professionalism: Represent the agency and maintain high standards of teaching and behaviour in every placement.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): You must hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience, whether as a permanent, supply, or newly qualified teacher.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work across different schools and environments, sometimes at short notice.
• Passion for education: A strong desire to make a positive impact on students’ learning.
• Clear communication skills: Ability to connect effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Enhanced DBS check: A current or willing-to-apply enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
