Whether you’re a Newly Qualified Teacher looking for your first teaching position or an experienced teacher wanting more flexibility or a change, we always have a number of positions and roles available. We can help find you work in both mainstream or special schools, depending on your experience and request. We always have plenty of day to day and short-term cover as well as longer term and permanent roles. Due to education being so fast paced, schools come to us directly and trust us with their requirements, allowing us to find suitable candidates for their school and children. You will never be pressured in taking any assignment offered to you and we want you to be happy and excited about every single day you work for us. There is also a number of options when it comes to joining a school permanently and we work closely with you and the school, to ensure there is a fluid transition.

Teaching Assistants / Learning Support Assistants

A necessity in schools

Support staff hold a crucial role in ensuring each child has an inclusive education and meets their designated targets / levels. We are constantly inundated with requests from schools who require Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant cover. As a Teaching Assistants, you will be working closely with the class teacher as well as senior staff members and possible the SENCo. The typical requests that we, the agency received from the schools are for staff to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who may have an EHCP or as a general classroom-based support. You will quite often be asked to work with individuals or groups and be an extension of the education set by the teacher, to ensure every pupil is reaching their full potential. Whether you are experienced, having worked in a school setting previously, or you looking to begin a career within a school, we are able to help. Nursery Nurses / Assistant

The start of a child’s education

We work with a number of different Early Years setting, these being nurseries and preschools. Nurseries are a great and rewarding place to work as the first five years of a child's life are fundamentally extremely important. They are the foundation that shapes children's future health, happiness, growth, development and learning achievement at school, in the family and community, and in life in general.  We can offer nursery work for qualified and unqualified members of staff. This depends on the staffing and ratio in the nurseries. Our staff can specify which age or room they want to work in with these being; Babies, Kindergarten and Pre School. Shifts can range from four to ten hour per day Monday – Friday. Nursery work can be very rewarding whilst getting a lot of flexibility too.

Tutoring

Tutees and tutors

Tutoring is a requirement in addition to a child’s education within schools and allows the young learner access to essential and subject specific learning. When being in a class full of peers, it is quite often that individuals will struggling and will not get the most out of the learning provided by schools. Parents, carers, schools and the local authorities work tirelessly to identify and help children who may be struggling and need additional support in certain subjects. We are able to offer these students focused 1:1 session with specialist tutors. We are in constant need of Teachers / Tutors to provide 1:1 lesson across the core subjects (Maths, Science & English) as well as subject specialisms. This can be in both Primary and Secondary level. The areas which we cover and require tutoring in are; Bristol, South Gloucestershire, Gloucestershire, Bath, North Somerset, Somerset, London, Southampton, Hampshire, Manchester, Devon & Cornwall. We constantly have new referrals sent through requiring tutors to work with children in care.
