Team Educate was founded by a qualified Teacher and an experienced Education Recruitment Consultant.

We created Team Educate with the mission statement of providing educational settings with the best, most suitable staff. It is safe to say that our company ethos reflects this and is echoed throughout the industry.

We are able to offer the best local knowledge and skills from true professionals who have a real passion for education and the work we do! Today's pupils deserve the best care and education and we truly believe that our pool of candidates and the service we offer, is unparalleled and the best in the market.

In addition, we have a vast amount of first-hand experience when it comes to teaching and delivering the National Curriculum within schools and we understand what is required of a good support staff, how this is to be delivered and how to achieve this.

Over the years, we have placed thousands of candidates in a variety of different settings including mainstream and SEN schools, care homes and nurseries throughout the UK and even globally.
