Are you passionate about outdoor education and inspiring children through nature-based learning? We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and creative Forest School Lead to join our growing team in the Bath area.
The Role
As our Forest School Lead, you will:
- Design and deliver high-quality Forest School sessions in woodland settings
- Lead and inspire small groups of children, adapting to their individual needs and interests
- Oversee session planning, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Support and mentor assistant practitioners or volunteers
- Liaise with parents, schools, and the wider community to build strong relationships
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in delivering Forest School or outdoor learning with primary-aged children
- Confident in managing groups in an outdoor environment with a focus on safety and well-being
- Passionate about nature, child-led learning, and holistic education
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Enhanced DBS check (or willing to obtain one)
