We’re seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive schools across Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside talented professionals and make a positive impact on the lives of young people with diverse learning needs.
What will you be doing?
* One-to-one and small group support – providing tailored support to students with a range of SEN, including ASD, complex learning difficulties, and behavioural challenges.
* Assisting teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.
* Employing positive behaviour strategies to promote a calm and focused learning atmosphere.
