Job Title: 1:1 Learning Support Assistant
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Position Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (32.5 hours)

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students thrive and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.

Assist with individual and small group work to ensure all students receive personalized attention.

Help maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Provide support for students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.

Assist with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and resource management.

Supervise students during break times, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

Promote positive behaviour and encourage active participation.

Work flexibly across various year groups and subjects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience working with children in an educational or care setting is desirable.

A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, such as ‘Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools’ is preferred.

Passion for education and helping students succeed.

Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and work effectively with students of all abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
